
Job Description
As a BMW Parts Associate you will assist customers in purchasing the correct part and creating an invoice for the purchase. This individual will represent the brand and the premium experience our customers have come to expect. The communication and customer service both on the phone and in person will be representative of the experience our customers receive throughout the dealership and uphold all BMW brand standards.
Responsibilities
As a first point of contact and a customer-oriented representative, clearly communicate with the customer throughout the entire parts purchase. Provide assistance in ordering of special parts if necessary and follow up with customer about status of purchase. Provide value for the customer by being knowledgeable and professional, and delivering the premier customer service experience our customers expect from our brand.
Qualifications
- Prior dealership background is required.
- Experience with ADP/CDK preferred.
- Detail oriented and take pride in work.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
- Self starter.
- Professional and friendly.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must have valid Utah Drivers License.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random testing throughout the year.
